Karolina Dziadosz

As an attorney licensed to practice law in California, Karolina provides legal assistance to technology companies in connection with day-to-day corporate and compliance matters, including assistance with formation, corporate financial transactions, commercial contracts, privacy and data protection issues, employment matters, and offerings and sales of securities, and other digital assets.

Karolina is a passionate legal tech advocate. In addition to her role as an associate at Comar Mollé, she serves as an advisor to help the firm stay current with the innovative legal solutions available on the legal tech market.

During her years in law school, Karolina co-founded and successfully exited an “access to justice” focused legal tech startup with a mission of making legal services more affordable, and thus accessible, for individuals in need of legal help.
